Clarity, I admire your frankness and honesty. Generally, I’m of the notion that the words “breast” and “reduction” should never be used in the same sentence.
However, after ckecking out some pictures of macro/gigantomastia sufferers, I see they’re obvious candidates for the surgery.
What’s a travesty is women perceiving their big breasts as unattractive or an inconvenience and subsequently opting for breast reduction surgery. Like you say Hugey, such women should be pointed in the direction of HHB…or direct to you for a consultation
I’m sure you’d bring them round to our way of thinking!

Tugger, do you have any idea of the burden it is to carry around a big swining prick all day?
